Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–72 hours (1–3 business days) after payment is received.
- Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.
- Customers will receive a tracking link via email once the order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, the European Union, and select international destinations.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours after placement.
- To cancel or change an order (including shipping address), please contact us immediately at my@e-bands.com.
- After 24 hours, we are unable to make any changes as the order may already be in processing or transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at my@e-bands.com immediately upon receipt.
- Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging for faster resolution.
- Depending on your preference, we will issue a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages
We are not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or unclaimed after they have been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Customers outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by their local authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.
